In July, CBRE Investment Management Japan (CBRE IM) began construction in Ogori City, Fukuoka Prefecture, on a four-story, multi-tenant logistics facility tentatively named "(tentative name) CBRE IM Ogori I" through a special purpose company. The facility will have a total floor area of 55,765 m2 (16,869 tsubo).

Following the commencement of construction on (tentative name) CBRE IM Ogori I, construction on (tentative name) CBRE IM Ogori II is scheduled to begin in October 2025. These facilities are planned on a site totaling approximately 52,500 m2, facing Prefectural Road 53 (Kurume-Chikushino Line) and divided into east and west sections by the road.
The facility is scheduled for completion in November 2026. It is located approximately 1 km from the Chikugo-Ogori Interchange on the Oita Expressway and approximately 8 km from the Tosu Junction, a junction of major arterial roads connecting the east, west, north, and south of Kyushu, including the Kyushu Expressway, Nagasaki Expressway, Oita Expressway, and National Route 3. This location is ideal as a strategic logistics hub covering central Fukuoka and the entire Kyushu region.
The building specifications include a 5.5m effective ceiling height below the beams, a floor load capacity of 1.5t/m2, and a two-story logistics facility with truck berths on the first and second floors using ramps. Its highly versatile specifications allow it to meet diverse customer needs.
