In domestic logistics, the expansion of contracted services and the contribution of new orders contributed to the increase in revenue, while in international logistics, although there was an impact from exchange rates, new orders also contributed. In addition, the consolidation of Alps Logistics on October 11, 2024, contributed to the increase in revenue in both cases.
In addition, in July of this year, Alps Logistics Group implemented asset securitization (sale and leaseback) of eight of its main locations.
In order to realize the group's long-term management strategy, and with a view to achieving growth from a medium- to long-term perspective and ensuring smooth operations, all shares of Alps Logistics held by consolidated subsidiary LDEC were transferred to AGX on July 1st. The impact of this on the group is currently under review.
