CBRE will hold an open house at its large-scale logistics facility, "KIC Kasukabe Distribution Center 2," in Kasukabe City, Saitama Prefecture, on August 26th and 27th.

The facility is located near the Showa Interchange, a junction point between National Route 4 and National Route 16, offering convenient access for wide-area distribution throughout the Tokyo metropolitan area and local distribution throughout Saitama Prefecture. Furthermore, the surrounding area includes residential areas and large commercial facilities, making it an advantageous location for securing labor.
The building is a four-story box-type warehouse, with air conditioning installed in the warehouse space on the second to fourth floors. The specifications are designed with consideration for businesses that perform warehouse operations such as distribution and processing.
Additionally, two freight elevators and two vertical conveyors are installed on each of the first through fourth floors.
