BIPROGY will be holding two seminars on the themes of CLO (Closet Ledger) systems and logistics center efficiency.
A seminar on the CLO system will be held on August 26th and 27th, titled "Understanding the Logistics CLO System Seminar."
With the mandatory establishment of CLOs (Central Logistics Units) from April 2026, specific shippers and chain retailers handling more than 90,000 tons of cargo annually will be required to self-report and track their cargo volume and waiting times.
Although the system appears to be limited to large shippers and chain operators, in actual operation, it is highly likely that requests for information will extend to all partner companies, and it is anticipated that this will have a ripple effect throughout the entire supply chain.
The seminar will focus on what preparations and countermeasures small and medium-sized logistics sites should take when faced with such requests, and will include examples of how WMS (Warehouse Management System) can be utilized.
In addition, the document outlines the government's objectives behind the establishment of the system and the direction of funding allocation, providing a deeper understanding of the CLO system.
The seminar on improving logistics center efficiency, titled "How to Proceed with Efficiency Improvement, Automation, and Optimization of Logistics Center Operations, and Case Studies," will be available on demand from September 1st to September 14th.
The seminar will introduce specific methods and success stories of promoting DX with GROUND's logistics facility integrated management and optimization system "GWES" and achieving automation with LexxPluss' autonomous mobile transport robots (6-wheel carts and cage cart transport).
