Nomura Real Estate will hold a project briefing for logistics and shipper companies on August 28th for its multi-tenant logistics facility, "Landport Tokai Obu I" (scheduled for completion at the end of October).

The facility is located approximately 0.5 km from the Obu Interchange on the Isewangan Expressway, approximately 0.5 km from the Otaka Interchange on the Chita Peninsula Expressway and Nagoya Expressway Route 3 Otaka Line, and approximately 5.4 km from Nagoya Port (Tokai Shinpo Wharf), making it suitable for deliveries within Nagoya city and wide-area deliveries in the Chubu region.
The rampway-type warehouse offers rental units starting from a minimum of approximately 5190 m2 (1570 tsubo). In addition to features such as an attached hazardous materials warehouse and all partition walls being shutters, the facility also takes business continuity planning (BCP) into consideration with specifications such as seismic isolation structure and emergency generator installation.
Furthermore, the facility offers various options, including low-floor berths with a floor load capacity of 2.0 t/m2, sections with an effective height of 6.5 m below the beams, and sections with berths that allow for obtaining vehicle registration certificates, thus meeting the diverse needs of customers.
