Located adjacent to the next-generation semiconductor industry cluster in Chitose, where domestic and international investment is accelerating, the company provides advanced, high-value-added logistics services to customers such as manufacturing equipment manufacturers and material suppliers, including inventory storage, on-site logistics, and on-demand delivery services for engineering parts.
Located near the New Chitose Airport Interchange, approximately 6 minutes by car from New Chitose Airport and approximately 20 minutes by car from state-of-the-art semiconductor research and development and manufacturing bases, the facility leverages its accessibility both domestically and internationally to function as a transportation hub connecting Hokkaido and other regions, thereby enhancing the speed and flexibility of the semiconductor-related supply chain.
In addition to utilizing renewable energy in facilities and operations, the plan includes incorporating equipment and systems such as rainwater recycling facilities for effective use of water resources, and motion-sensor-equipped LED lighting to improve energy efficiency.
