Kuribayashi Steamship announced on August 21 that it had conducted a group-wide training program called "Keisetsu Juku."
"Keisetsu Juku" is an in-house training program established by the group in April 2024. Its aim is to help employees understand the group's philosophy and goals, foster a sense of unity, and build a stronger organization.
This year's event took place over three days, from July 16th to 18th, in Muroran and Noboribetsu cities in Hokkaido, with 20 participants from eight group companies. This "Keisetsu Juku" program is aimed at mid-career employees who will lead the next generation.
The training focused on management skills necessary for the next generation of leaders, with participants divided into five teams for lectures and workshops. They learned practical skills such as methods for developing subordinates, adopting an organizational perspective, and coaching techniques.
