JAL will completely redesign its JAL Cargo website on August 28th. The new design will expand functionality, evolving it into a more convenient and user-friendly platform.
<New Site>
The main improvements include adding visuals and streamlining the user flow to make it easier to find necessary information, such as "pharmaceutical transportation services."
We designed it to be intuitively accessible, allowing users to view and operate the same content on smartphones and tablets as they would on a PC.
<Column>
In addition, we have enhanced our existing content and added columns and case studies. We have also created new pages on sustainability and direct-from-the-source products to help people learn more about JAL Cargo.
<Support Tools>
We will also introduce chatbots and inquiry forms as support tools to enable quick responses.
Going forward, we will further expand the functions related to international flight schedule searches and the provision of information on flight irregularities. We will also expand the range of items covered by our real-time email delivery service for cargo transport status, and implement a new function to search for items subject to transport restrictions.
