Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) will hold an open house for tenants and shippers at its logistics facility, "Ronco Profit Mart Kumagaya," in Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture, on September 10th and 11th.
On the same day, ZO MORTORS will also be holding an EV truck exhibition, and visitors will be able to take a test drive.

The facility boasts advantageous access to the Hanazono IC and Higashimatsuyama IC on the Kan-Etsu Expressway, and its location allows for maximum utilization of the metropolitan area ring network through connections with the Kita-Kanto Expressway and the Ken-O Expressway.
The warehouse is a two-story, box-type building with a rental area of approximately 25,879.37 m2 (approximately 7828.51 tsubo). In addition to being used as a whole building by the company, it can also be divided and leased to up to two tenants (approximately 3600 tsubo or more).
Furthermore, the facility boasts a ceiling height of 6.5m on each floor, a floor load capacity of 1.5t/m2 on each floor, and 50 loading docks on the first floor.
