On August 26, Chikutakubin launched "PostLink Alliance," a co-creation model for a new nationwide delivery network in collaboration with local delivery companies. It will officially begin operations in September 2025.
Its key feature is that it respects the different operational styles of delivery companies in each region while enabling collaboration with minimal standardization (commonality of systems, labels, and management items).

The system is designed to be flexible, allowing companies to collaborate nationwide while maintaining their existing business processes and regional characteristics, making it easy to participate.
Furthermore, by utilizing the delivery platform and management system of the local delivery service, it is possible to visualize the delivery status in real time, all the way to the last mile.
To date, Chiku Takubin has built a "last-mile delivery" network for corporate clients in the Tokyo metropolitan area, the Kansai region, Hokkaido (Sapporo and Hakodate), and Tohoku (Miyagi).
Amidst a multitude of industry challenges, including a shortage of personnel for regional logistics, inefficient delivery, and service disparities between rural and urban areas, the company stated, "We conceived of a system called PostLink Alliance to solve these problems not just within a single company, but across company boundaries. We will widely offer it as a network where we 'create together and deliver together.'"
Starting in September 2025, we will expand our network to the Tohoku area (excluding Miyagi Prefecture) and begin collaborating with our initial alliance partners. From 2026, we will gradually expand into the Tokai, Chugoku, Shikoku, and Kyushu areas.
