On August 26, Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation filed a recall notice with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for its heavy-duty truck, the "Super Great."

The affected vehicles are 558 units manufactured between October 4, 2022 and February 1, 2024, and 207 replacement/repair parts that were shipped but whose vehicles they were installed in cannot be identified.

The non-woven PVC (polyvinyl chloride) surface used in the sun visors does not meet safety standards because it is not flame-retardant. Mitsubishi Fuso will replace all sun visors on all vehicles with improved parts.
