The development site is located an 8-minute walk from Otagawa Station on the Meitetsu Tokoname Line, a central station in Tokai City, Aichi Prefecture, and approximately 4.3 km from the Tokai Junction, where the Isewangan Expressway and the Nagoya Expressway Route 4 Tokai Line connect.

The Nishi-Chita Industrial Road, located on the west side of the development area, is a regional high-standard trunk road connecting central Nagoya with Chubu Centrair International Airport. Construction work is underway with the aim of opening the entire road in 2027. It will provide access to the Kake Interchange in about 4 minutes, and a new interchange (tentatively named "Ota Interchange") for the Nishi-Chita Industrial Road is planned to open adjacent to the development area.

Located approximately 15 km from central Nagoya, it can be reached in about 30 minutes using the Nagoya Expressway. Wide-area deliveries to the east and west are also possible via the Ise Bay Expressway, Shin-Tomei Expressway, and Shin-Meishin Expressway. Furthermore, once the entire Nishi-Chita Industrial Road is completed, it is expected that Chubu Centrair International Airport will be reachable in about 20 minutes.

The facility plans to develop a plaza on its grounds that can be used for events and serve as a place of relaxation for local residents. They are also considering measures to create a lively atmosphere in the area in collaboration with surrounding businesses.
