On September 18th and 19th, Prologis will hold a preview event, a tour of the logistics operations of tenant companies, and a personnel seminar simultaneously at "Prologis Park Koga 4," a multi-tenant logistics facility in Koga City, Ibaraki Prefecture.

Prologis Park Koga 4 is located in the heart of the Kanto region, providing a convenient location that connects the entire Kanto area.
With a maximum floor area of approximately 30,000 square meters (approximately 9000 tsubo), the facility can flexibly accommodate the introduction of various automation systems, such as high-density automated warehouse systems and state-of-the-art picking systems, and is also suitable for operating new solutions utilizing robots.
By combining Prologis Park Koga 4, which is designed for general warehouse use, with Prologis Park Koga 7, a HAZMAT warehouse currently under construction on the adjacent site, it will be possible to meet a variety of storage needs.
On the day of the open house, a tour of LogiCore's warehouse, located in Prologis Park Koga 4, will also be held.
This program offers the opportunity to observe actual operational sites, including how dry goods and hazardous materials are handled in a coordinated manner, which is not usually accessible to the public.
In addition, Like, a staffing agency, will hold a recruitment seminar where they will provide a professional perspective on the current job market, trends, hourly wages, and other regional characteristics of Koga City.
