Nippon Konpo Unyu Soko held a groundbreaking ceremony on August 28th in Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture, for the construction of a new warehouse.

The new warehouse is located 8 km from the Yasaka Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway, 8 km from National Route 4, 6.7 km from Kataoka Station on the JR Tohoku Main Line, and 30 km from Utsunomiya city center, making it a location with excellent transportation access.
The facility is scheduled to begin operations in September 2026. The site area is 23,412.05 m2, and the warehouse is a two-story steel-frame building with a total floor area of 7056 m2.
In terms of facilities, the building will feature two freight elevators, and all entrances will have card-operated electronic locks and surveillance cameras.
Furthermore, the second floor of the warehouse will feature a column-free design, and there are plans to install air conditioning in some areas.
In response to the growing demand for logistics and warehousing in areas where automotive-related companies conduct research and development, we plan to continue providing high value-added logistics services and expand our business.
