Nishitetsu (Nishinippon Railroad) announced on August 28 that it will independently develop a rental logistics facility called "MID LOGI Tosu" in Tosu City, Saga Prefecture.
This will be the company's first logistics facility for lease, with construction scheduled to begin in September 2025 and be completed in October 2026.

"MID LOGI Tosu" has a site area of 7271m2, and a leasable area of 10,307m2, including the office space. The company intends to lease the entire building.
In addition to having nine truck berths, there are also plans to secure space for three trucks to wait.
Nishitetsu has decided to brand its rental logistics facilities as "MID LOGI," derived from "MID" (central) + "Logistics," for this development. Through the expansion of the "MID LOGI" series, the company aims to meet the diverse needs of the logistics industry and contribute to the revitalization of the local economy.
