ecoProperties announced that "Ascott Prime Logistics Ogori," a logistics facility for which it was contracted to provide asset management (AM) services and for which Ogori Development Special Purpose Company was the builder, was completed on July 31.

The facility is located approximately 1.3 km (about 2 minutes by car) from the Chikugo-Ogori Interchange on the Kyushu Expressway, and boasts excellent access to Tosu Junction, Fukuoka Airport, and Hakata Port, making it a logistics hub that can cover the entire Kyushu region. In addition to being within walking distance of the nearest station, it is also adjacent to Kurume City, which has a population of approximately 30, making it highly convenient for commuters and ensuring a stable supply of personnel.
Furthermore, the location is in an area with a low risk of flooding and landslides according to Ogori City's hazard map, making it an excellent base from a BCP (Business Continuity Plan) perspective.

This large warehouse boasts a leasable floor area of 20,000 square meters and is equipped with two cargo elevators and three vertical conveyors.
