Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate announced on September 1st that it has begun construction on "(tentative name) LOGIFRONT Nagoya Moriyama" in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, which will be the second facility in the Chubu region to be built as part of its "LOGIFRONT" series of logistics facilities.

It is scheduled to be completed at the end of January 2027.
The facility is located in Moriyama Ward, Nagoya City, approximately 5 km from the "Kachigawa" Interchange on the Nagoya Second Ring Expressway.
Located in Nagoya, a city of 200 million people, the facility boasts excellent commuting convenience, being just a 16-minute train ride from JR Chuo Line's Nagoya Station to Shin-Moriyama Station, and a 14-minute walk from Shin-Moriyama Station. This location also offers a favorable environment for employee recruitment.
The facility features a pedestrian and bicycle access route that separates entrances for large vehicles, regular vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, prioritizing safety. It is a four-story, box-shaped building with double-sided loading docks on the first floor, and its versatile floor plan allows for up to four separate sections. The exterior utilizes metal insulated sandwich panels, offering superior insulation, earthquake resistance, and aesthetic appeal, and features a monochrome design.
The building is equipped with four freight elevators and four vertical conveyors as standard, ensuring sufficient capacity for transporting goods between floors.
As part of our commitment to "consideration for the global environment," following "LOGIFRONT Nagoya Minato" and "LOGIFRONT Amagasaki V," we have collaborated with our group company, Nippon Steel Corporation, to use their mass-balancing-based green steel, "NSCarbolex Neutral," in some of the H-shaped steel beams for the structural frames.
In addition, the facility also adopted "ProStruct," a building solution included in Nippon Steel's high-performance product and solution technology, "NSCarbolex Solution." These products and solutions are expected to reduce CO2 emissions at this facility from steel production to construction.
