"Logistics Karte Light" is a rapid diagnostic service that assesses the actual state of warehouse operations using a 5-point scale across 60 items, and provides results in as little as 3 days, including on-site inspections.
We provide comprehensive diagnostic services covering a wide range of areas, including warehouse operations, layout, and cost management.
Furthermore, we conduct rankings and overall evaluations based on comparisons with other companies' warehouses to clearly identify the strengths and weaknesses of the customer's warehouse operations compared to those of other companies, as well as areas for improvement.
