TC Shinko Real Estate announced on September 1st that it has completed construction of "AS-LOGI Ayase," a multi-tenant logistics facility with a total floor area of approximately 25,000 m2, in Ayase City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

"AS-LOGI Ayase" is the company's fifth logistics facility. It features loading docks on the first floor and can be divided into up to two sections.

The facility is located at a major transportation hub where the Tomei Expressway, the Ken-O Expressway, and several other major national highways intersect, and the surrounding area is home to numerous logistics facilities and factories.
Located approximately 40km from central Tokyo and 3km from the Ayase Smart Interchange on the Tomei Expressway, this location offers easy access and is ideal for both deliveries to the city center and wider-area deliveries, making it a highly convenient location.
Located near the city center centered around Ayase City Hall, and just a 6-minute walk from the nearest Kanagawa Chuo Kotsu "Ayase Industrial Park Entrance" bus stop, this location offers promising potential for employee recruitment. The operating environment is also excellent, situated within the Ayase Industrial Park, allowing for 24-hour operation.

The facility is a box-type logistics facility equipped with a truck berth capable of simultaneously accommodating 26 large vehicles and a general parking area with space for 42 vehicles. It has a floor load capacity of 1.5 t/m2, an effective height of 5.5 m under the beams, and a standard span of 11.5 m x 10.6 m. It is equipped with four cargo elevators and two vertical conveyors, making it a highly versatile facility.

The building's interior features a flexible layout that can be divided into two sections, accommodating the diverse needs of shippers. To improve employee satisfaction, powder corners are installed in the women's restrooms on each floor, and a driver's restroom is located on the first floor for added convenience.

Furthermore, a lounge is planned for the second floor as part of a design that prioritizes employee comfort and well-being. The lounge will include a frozen and refrigerated food service to support employee health and welfare.
