FDSO has a proven track record as the first company in Japan to conduct and produce successful candidates for the "Automobile Transportation" field of the Specified Skills Visa program. It also leads the industry in both institutional and practical aspects, including establishing overseas driving education and Japanese language education systems.
Through this partnership, Asia Network Cooperative will actively utilize FDSO's advanced expertise and training network to ensure a stable supply of high-quality foreign drivers to its member companies and provide support for their retention.
Specifically, this will involve introducing evaluation tests and license acquisition support based on the Specified Skills Visa system, jointly conducting Japanese language and safe driving education, sharing know-how in supporting the establishment of daily life and culture, and holding training, information provision, and seminars for member companies.
Going forward, they plan to create model cases, expand them nationwide, and collaborate with government agencies and industry associations to enhance the sustainability of logistics operations through the active participation of foreign talent.
