The Japan Logistics Systems Association (JILS) will hold a "Supply Chain Transformation Workshop: Learning from Practical Cases" in Tokyo on December 10th.
This workshop will involve participants discussing and presenting on supply chain transformation based on practical case studies in both planning and execution aspects of supply chain management (SCM).
Through discussions and presentations using case studies, participants will learn about practical challenges in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) and logistics, as well as effective thinking approaches for transformation.
