On October 4th and 13th, Pal System Federation will hold a "Job Experience" event at its logistics and IT experience facility in Inagi City, Tokyo, for elementary school students and their guardians, aiming to help them understand the home delivery system through hands-on experience with logistics and IT.

The hands-on experience includes a sorting machine actually used in Pal System's logistics center, as well as original videos, panels, and tablets, allowing participants to learn about the home delivery system in an enjoyable way. The experience takes approximately one hour.
Pal System delivers over 1 million items to 80 households every week, and the experience program will showcase the system that ensures the reliable delivery of such a large volume of goods, utilizing logistics sorting equipment and information systems.

It will also be helpful in understanding the trends of modern society, such as the rapidly spreading digitalization, and will explain a sustainable system that reduces food waste by pre-ordering necessary ingredients.
Pal System has been conducting experiential programs since 2023, and so far more than 1400 people have participated.
Children have commented that "shopping on tablets is fun" and "I want to experience it more," while parents have said things like "It was beneficial for adults too" and "My child has become more interested in food."
