Fukuoka Transport announced on September 8th that it has introduced a scholarship repayment support system to allow its employees to work with peace of mind and focus on planning for their future.

The target group is full-time employees who are currently repaying scholarships from the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO).

The company will repay 1 yen of the monthly repayment amount on behalf of the employee. They also state that they will continue to provide support throughout the employee's employment until the final repayment.

The aim is to alleviate the financial burden on employees who are working while repaying student loans, and to create an environment where they can build their careers with peace of mind. By introducing this system, we aim to create a workplace where employees can stay with us for a long time.
