In response to the ongoing labor shortage in the logistics sector, this initiative aims to offer options for improvement tailored to the business content and scale, focusing on ROI (Return on Investment) and PPM (Product Portfolio Management).

The new product lineup consists of three models: "ASTRO Sort" from NIDO (India), and "FLASH SORTER (T Series)" and "FLASH SORTER (E Series)" from Damon (China).
"AstroSort" has a processing capacity of 800–1000 pcs/h and is an entry-level model with low implementation costs.
The "Flash Sorter T Series" is a standard model for medium-sized data centers with a capacity of 1400–1800 pcs/h. It offers excellent expandability and cost performance.
The "Flash Sorter E Series" is a high-end model for large-scale logistics centers, enabling peak load handling and highly efficient operation.
Each system is differentiated by features such as the number of input slots, sorting method, installation space, and implementation cost, and can also be designed to integrate with existing digital picking systems, AGVs, and automated warehouses.
Regarding sorting accuracy, human error is eliminated through automated sorting linked to barcodes and image recognition. Accurate sorting is achieved through a consistent flow from scanning to feeding, and immediate response is provided through alerts and automatic discharge in the event of an anomaly detection.
One of its features is the tiered opening structure, which allows for the placement of numerous sorting openings even in limited warehouse space. By having machines handle repetitive tasks, workers can concentrate on higher value-added tasks such as judgment, inspection, and packaging.
