CBRE will hold a completion preview event for tenant companies and shippers at its large-scale logistics facility, "AS-LOGI Ayase," in Ayase City, Kanagawa Prefecture, on October 2nd and 3rd.

The facility is located in the Ayase City area (within the Ayase Industrial Park), where the supply of logistics facilities is considered limited, and is capable of operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Located approximately 3km from the Tomei Expressway's "Ayase Smart Interchange" and about a 6-minute walk from the Kanagawa Chuo Bus "Ayase Industrial Park Entrance" stop, the facility offers convenient access to the entire Kanto region as a logistics hub, as well as securing employment advantages.
As part of its business continuity plan (BCP), the company has installed emergency generators and a disaster prevention warehouse. In addition, it has a fully equipped lounge, demonstrating its commitment to providing a comfortable working environment for its employees.
