DOORCOM, a manufacturer and seller of smart delivery boxes, announced on September 11th that it has partnered with Mitsubishi Corporation to launch the "Smari Shipping Service," which allows users to send packages via flea market apps or return items to e-commerce shops from delivery boxes in apartment buildings, offices, and company housing.

This is the industry's first telecommunications-based delivery box where all boxes are compatible with the "Smari shipping service." DOORCOM's unique online management system and diverse functions significantly reduce the burden on building managers, providing a more comfortable and smarter living environment.
Unlike dial-type delivery boxes, it allows for communication to track the status of packages being delivered, and a QR code is displayed on the screen, eliminating the need to attach the "SmariQR sticker" that was essential for dial-type delivery boxes.
All installed boxes can be used for both receiving packages and using Smari, allowing users to complete shipping and returns simply by using the app and placing the package in the delivery box, without needing to attach a shipping label.
For properties that have already installed DOORCOM's delivery boxes, software updates can be performed remotely, making it possible to add support for the "Smari shipping service" even as an afterthought.
