Amidst the growing demand for frozen foods and the expansion of the e-commerce market, the need for temporary storage of frozen and refrigerated goods is increasing. In response, X NETWORK is developing "COLD X NETWORK," a frozen storage service that handles short-term and small-lot orders.

The service launched in November 2024 in Miyoshi Town, Iruma District, Saitama Prefecture, as its first location, and has since accumulated over 300 user registrations in approximately eight months.

The second facility, located in Sendai, will handle not only the storage of frozen goods but also refrigerated items such as fresh produce and processed foods.

Sendai, the only designated city in the Tohoku region, is the economic and commercial center of Tohoku. The Sendai base offers excellent access not only to the six prefectures of Tohoku but also to the Tokyo metropolitan area via the Tohoku Expressway, Sendai Port, and Sendai Airport.

Going forward, the company plans to expand its services to include e-commerce shipping, gift wrapping, and the application of decorative ribbons, offering a range of services to meet diverse needs.

■ Overview of the Sendai office
Address: Address: 2-12-2, Izumi-ku, Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture (approx. 1km from Izumi IC on the Tohoku Expressway)
Storage capacity: Suitable for both freezing and refrigeration, 3732 storage pallets
