On September 12, OpenLogi announced that it has added two new functions to the "Shipping Rules" function of its logistics fulfillment platform, OpenLogi: "Add products according to shipping information (domestic only)" and "Add included items according to shipping information."

Previously, there were challenges in setting campaign conditions. For example, in a campaign such as "include a novelty item with purchases above a certain amount for all products on the e-commerce site," it was necessary to specify each eligible product individually.
Furthermore, users operating e-commerce sites related to entertainment have commented that "setting up campaigns, such as including a novelty item when the total purchase amount of multiple specific products exceeds a certain amount, becomes complicated."
Therefore, we developed a new function that allows you to set included items based on the purchase amount, enabling more flexible settings where benefits can be granted not only based on the "total" purchase amount but also on the "subtotal" of specific items.
Furthermore, OpenLogi's integrated management system (OMS/WMS) includes a "shipping rule" function as a standard feature. By utilizing the "shipping rule" function, it is possible to automate instructions for including promotional items and flyers based on conditions such as the number of purchases and the purchase amount, enabling the implementation of unique measures to enhance customer satisfaction without increasing the workload of e-commerce staff.
