"DPL Ishikawa Hakusan" is a multi-tenant logistics facility that can accommodate up to two tenants. Considering that the area experiences many days with strong winds and rain throughout the year, the truck berths will be installed indoors to ensure stable operation even in bad weather.

Multi-tenant logistics facilities can shorten the time to commence operations compared to build-to-suit (BTS) logistics facilities built exclusively for a single company, allowing them to meet a wide range of logistics needs in line with the changing market environment in the logistics industry today, such as those of e-commerce businesses and retailers handling consumer goods.

Minato-machi in Hakusan City, where "DPL Ishikawa Hakusan" will be developed, is located approximately 500m from the Nomi-Negami Interchange on the Hokuriku Expressway and is situated in the center of the three Hokuriku prefectures. This allows for quick access to neighboring areas, with central Kanazawa City about 30 minutes away by car and central Toyama City and central Fukui City about 1 hour away by car.

Amidst growing demands for shorter working hours for truck drivers and improved transportation efficiency, Hakusan City is experiencing increased demand for logistics facilities as a distribution hub. By utilizing Hakusan City, which has a geographical advantage, as the final "last-mile" delivery hub for transporting goods from major logistics centers in the Chubu region to the Hokuriku region, efficient delivery becomes possible.

The Daiwa House Group has nine logistics bases in total, including the "Kanazawa Logistics Center" opened by Daiwa Logistics in Hakusan City in April 2022, and the "Head Office Second Joint Distribution Center" opened by Wakamatsu Packaging & Transportation Warehouse in July 2025.
