Hakobel and Usac Systems announced on September 17th that they will begin data integration.
By integrating "Hakobel Dispatch Planning," a dispatch planning support system provided by Hakobel, with "Shipping Label Master," a shipping label issuance system provided by Usac Systems, a series of business processes, from the formulation of dispatch plans to the creation and management of shipping labels for scheduled freight services, are seamlessly connected.
<Overview of the Integration Flow>

"Shipping Label Master" is a unified system for issuing shipping labels/package labels to transportation companies. It can flexibly accommodate the different business models of each transportation company, such as the type of documents and whether or not they use transportation EDI.
This time, by linking the request details to the route company calculated in "Hakobel Dispatch Plan" with "Delivery Label Master," it is now possible to make requests to route companies that Hakobel was previously unable to handle.
This eliminates the need to manually transcribe request data from "Hakobel Dispatch Planning," which was previously done manually, thus reducing input errors and significantly shortening work time.
Going forward, the two companies plan to connect their systems via APIs to achieve more real-time and seamless integration, and to further improve operational efficiency by integrating with other systems.
