Logisteed hosted the "Catchball Classic 2025" qualifying tournament, organized by the Japan Professional Baseball Players Association, in Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture on September 14th, as a tournament sponsored by Logisteed.
29 teams and 343 elementary school students participated in the tournament, showcasing the results of their daily practice. The winning team achieved a record of 115 repetitions in two minutes, securing their place in the national tournament to be held on December 6th in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
Prior to the competition, former professional baseball players provided practical instruction on throwing and catching, allowing the children to learn the techniques of throwing and catching.

The Catchball Classic is a competition that tests the accuracy and speed of catchball, a fundamental skill in baseball. It was created in 2011 as a way to support children who had difficulty exercising outdoors after the Great East Japan Earthquake.
Currently, qualifying rounds are held throughout Japan, and a national tournament is also held where teams that have won their respective prefectural tournaments gather together.
Logisteed has sponsored the project because it shares the Japan Professional Baseball Players Association's desire to support children's physical development and emotional growth through playing catch.
