The Japan Logistics Systems Association (JILS) will hold an introductory seminar on logistics cost and KPI management over two days, November 21st and December 12th.

While it is necessary to effectively utilize demand forecasts in corporate decision-making, there are many challenges in practice, such as reviewing past results and formulating actions for the following year.
The seminar will cover key points for conducting an annual review of demand forecasts and formulating actions for the following year.
Participants will use data they actually use in their work to conduct an "annual review" and "formulate actions for the next year."
