The Okayama Hayashima Logistics Center, completed in September 2019, is a logistics center capable of handling all four temperature zones, meeting the needs of the food supply chain. With the completion of the Okayama Hayashima No. 2 Logistics Center, the total floor area will reach 38,887 m2.

The center plans to install solar panels as part of its commitment to environmentally friendly logistics facilities.

Furthermore, its location approximately 1 km from the Hayashima Interchange on the Sanyo Expressway and Seto-Chuo Expressway means that demand is increasing not only in the Chugoku and Shikoku areas but also as a transit transportation hub connecting the east and west. The company plans to build a high-value-added supply chain as a logistics center capable of handling three temperature zones: frozen, refrigerated, and ambient.
