CBRE will hold an open house at its large logistics facility, "Hub Atsugi," in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, on October 6th and 7th.
On the day of the event, in addition to a guided tour of the facility, there will also be an introduction to "Mercari Haro," Mercari's service for finding part-time jobs.

The facility is located approximately 3.2 km from the Sagamihara-Aikawa Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway, which connects the Tokyo metropolitan area with western Japan. It boasts a prime location with easy access to major national highways (National Routes 16, 129, and 246), the Ken-O Expressway, the Tomei and Shin-Tomei Expressways, and the Chuo Expressway, enabling wide-area distribution.
The warehouse is a five-story box-type structure, with columns spaced out on the top floor to achieve a 20-meter span, allowing for diverse layouts. It is also equipped with two cargo elevators, four vertical conveyors, and an emergency generator (capable of operating for three days with approximately eight hours of use per day), enabling 24/7/365 operation.
