Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) will hold a pre-completion viewing event at "LOGILAND Ogori Tosu Inter I" in Fukuoka Prefecture for three days from October 14th to 16th.

JLL has recently been awarded a leasing contract for a large-scale logistics facility in Ogori City, Fukuoka Prefecture, with a total floor area exceeding approximately 56,000 m2 (approximately 17,000 tsubo). LOGILAND Ogori Tosu Inter I is the facility under this contract.
The facility is located near the Tosu Junction, a junction point where the Kyushu Expressway, which runs north-south through Kyushu, and the Nagasaki Expressway and Oita Expressway, which run east-west. It is approximately 2.3 km from the Tosu Interchange on the Nagasaki Expressway and approximately 6.5 km from the Chikugo-Ogori Interchange on the Oita Expressway, enabling wide-area distribution throughout the Kyushu region.
Furthermore, the location offers excellent commuting access, with Nishitetsu Tenjin-Omuta Line's "Nishitetsu Ogori Station" and Amagi Railway's "Ogori Station" within walking distance, and its proximity to densely populated areas provides an advantage in securing employment.
The warehouse is a two-story, box-type building with a total floor area of approximately 22,233 m2 (approximately 6725 tsubo). In addition to being used by the company as a whole, it can be leased to up to two tenants (divided into two sections of approximately 4000 tsubo and 2000 tsubo).
Each floor has an effective ceiling height of 5.5m, a floor load capacity of 1.5t/m2, a column span of 12.5m x 11.5m, and truck berths with a depth of 13.5m. The specifications allow for flexible warehouse layouts.
Furthermore, large vehicles (wing body trucks) can be parked alongside the berths. The berths can accommodate up to 44 vehicles, and the facility also provides parking for 95 passenger cars, 18 light vehicles, and 7 trucks, demonstrating consideration for employees.
The warehouse is equipped with two cargo elevators with a load capacity of 3.5 tons, three vertical conveyors, and four dock levelers. For business continuity planning (BCP), it is equipped with an emergency generator, and is scheduled to obtain CASBEE A-rank environmental certification.
On the day of the preview event, ZO MOTORS will also be holding an EV truck exhibition, and test drives will be available.
In addition, details of "LOGILAND Ogori Tosu Inter II (South Building)," which is under construction adjacent to LOGILAND Ogori Tosu Inter I and scheduled for completion in May 2026, will also be released.
