In his latest official note post, published on September 25th, Zero describes the training he's undergoing as a car carrier driver.

The training takes place on the premises of the Hiratsuka Customer Center (CSC) in Chigasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, where trainees who have joined CSCs nationwide intensively acquire safe driving and vehicle operation skills in a short period of two weeks.

The training begins with classroom sessions where trainees learn the fundamentals of the logistics industry, safety rules, and accident prevention strategies. This is followed by practice driving car carriers within the premises, loading and unloading vehicles, and vehicle inspections.

Furthermore, students will acquire practical skills such as how to maintain a safe distance between vehicles, experience the risks of driving while on a phone call, and make initial decisions in the event of a breakdown, thereby simultaneously developing their ability to make independent judgments and their safety awareness.

Note features the impressions of Hayashi, a driver from Shizuoka CSC, who was the only woman to participate in the open training session.

Hayashi, who loves driving and became a truck driver, had a strong admiration for car carriers and was attracted to Zero's environment, which allows even those with no experience to aim for a trailer truck, and joined the company.

Reflecting on the training, which gave her the opportunity to touch a car carrier for the first time, Hayashi said, "There were many challenging aspects, but I was able to absorb a lot of new knowledge. In the future, I would like to gain more experience at Shizuoka CSC and eventually work at my hometown CSC in Tochigi."
