F-Works officially released "CarryNote," a business management app for light cargo drivers, for iOS and Android on September 26th.
A key feature is that light cargo drivers can input and record their driving logs using a smartphone app that allows them to do so in a chat-like manner.
CarryNote also includes features such as project-specific sales entry, expense management, sales and expenditure calendar display, vehicle maintenance records, and vehicle inspection alerts, supporting tax filing and daily income and expenditure management.
In the event of an accident during work, the app allows users to record the date, time, location, and attached photos, and also has a function to automatically generate a report in PDF format.
According to the company's research, while e-commerce has increased demand for home delivery, less than 2% of light cargo drivers voluntarily create daily reports.
To improve this situation, the company launched this service as a system that anyone can easily use to record information. They stated, "We want to support both increased awareness of legal compliance and improved operational efficiency, and contribute to the healthy development of the logistics industry."
The monthly fee is 800 yen (tax included), with the first month free. Compatible operating systems are iOS 15.0 or later and Android 10 or later.
