Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus announced on September 29 that it will relocate its import parts warehouse in Daikoku-cho, Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama City, to the "Shin-Koyasu Global Logistics Center" and begin operations there on October 1.

The Shin-Koyasu Global Logistics Center is located in MFLP Yokohama Shin-Koyasu in Namamugi, Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama City. It is a five-story building with a total floor area of approximately 120,000 square meters. Following the relocation of the knockdown (KD) export parts packaging warehouse from Higashi-Ogishima, Kawasaki City in May 2025, the relocation of the import parts warehouse will integrate off-site logistics functions, aiming to shorten the logistics distance between the export parts packaging warehouse and the factory and improve efficiency through measures such as the reuse of import parts packaging materials.
In addition to improving logistics efficiency by shortening the distance to the Kawasaki Plant in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, the introduction of logic to optimize the storage location of parts within the warehouse will improve operational efficiency in warehouse operations.
The import parts warehouse at Daikoku Pier began operations in 2013, storing parts imported from overseas suppliers and supplying them to Kawasaki Works, which produces trucks, Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Manufacturing, which manufactures buses, and the Higashi-Ogishima KD Export Parts Packaging Warehouse (before its relocation). As of the end of August 2025, it was storing approximately 5250 part numbers and 13 million individual parts.
