Takuyo will hold an open house at its logistics facility, "Higashimatsuyama Shingo Warehouse," in Higashimatsuyama City, Saitama Prefecture, on October 7th.

The Higashimatsuyama Shingo Warehouse is a box-type logistics facility with a site area of 13,098.25 m2 and a total floor area of 12,577.60 m2. It is a steel-framed, two-story building with a low-floor design that optimizes the efficiency of loading and unloading operations.
The effective height below the beams is ensured to be 5.5m or more on each floor, and four freight elevators are installed for lifting and lowering.
The location is within walking distance of the Higashimatsuyama Interchange on the Kan-Etsu Expressway (approximately 2.9 km) and Tsukinowa Station on the Tobu Tojo Line (approximately 1.7 km). The Ken-O Expressway is also accessible, making it suitable for wide-area deliveries to various parts of eastern Japan.
Takuyo stated regarding its Shingo Warehouse in Higashimatsuyama City, "We are currently seeking tenants. We are not only offering the entire building for rent, but we are also considering the use of smaller sections depending on tenant demand."
