CBRE has recently begun accepting applications for tenants for the "(tentative name) Atsugi City Mori no Sato Logistics Facility," which is scheduled to be completed at the end of October 2026 in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

The facility is located near the Atsugi Interchange on the Tomei Expressway, and offers easy access to the Tomei Expressway (Shin-Tomei Expressway), Ken-O Expressway, Chuo Expressway, and major national highways (Routes 129 and 246), making it possible to deliver to the entire Tokyo metropolitan area.
The facility consists of a three-story dry warehouse and two hazardous materials warehouses. The dry warehouse is equipped with two cargo elevators and four vertical conveyors for vertical transport, and can also be divided into two sections. In addition, a refreshment room is provided on the third floor, making it a facility that also takes into consideration the working environment for employees.
