The program, themed around "improving logistics efficiency," is designed to allow students to engage with the topic in a fun, game-like way. It includes activities such as "assembling locations (storage places for goods)" in a fictional logistics warehouse and simulating optimal "staffing," allowing students to learn about the intricacies of logistics.
The participating students each considered the characteristics of a product (weight, shipping frequency, similar products, etc.) in a realistic logistics scenario and tackled the challenge. Divided into groups of 3-4 people, they brought their answers together and discussed them, deepening their strategic thinking in connecting product characteristics with location.
Students who participated shared comments such as, "I had a strong image of logistics as being mainly about transportation, but I was able to understand it more deeply through this work experience," and "The game-like format made it fun to participate. I also enjoyed actively communicating with other participants."
