On October 1st, Prologis announced its decision to develop "Prologis Park Kiyama 2," a multi-tenant logistics facility, in Kiyama Town, Saga Prefecture.

The plan envisions a five-story, multi-tenant logistics facility with a total floor area of approximately 100,000 square meters on a site of approximately 45,900 square meters. Completion is scheduled for 2028, making it one of the largest rental logistics facilities in the Tosu-Kiyama area, a major logistics hub in Kyushu.
It is located just 1.5 km (about 3 minutes) from the Tosu Interchange, the junction point of the Kyushu Expressway, which runs north-south through Kyushu, and the Kyushu Trans-Island Expressway (Nagasaki-Oita Line). Furthermore, it is adjacent to National Route 3, a major arterial road that runs north-south through Kyushu and connects cities such as Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, and Kagoshima, providing excellent access to major cities throughout Kyushu.
Furthermore, it boasts a rare location, just about 1.0 km (approximately 13 minutes) on foot from JR Kagoshima Main Line's Yayoi-ga-oka Station. This station is a key hub in the Yayoi-ga-oka residential area, and construction of houses is progressing around the station. With a large working-age population and excellent commuting convenience, it offers a favorable environment for securing employment.
With the cooperation of Miyoshi Real Estate in acquiring the development land and submitting the development application, the plan is to widen the town road, which is adjacent to National Route 3 and is part of the development area, and provide it to Kiyama Town, thereby improving the safety and convenience of local residents who use the roads and facilities.
