CBRE will hold its first on-site briefing session at "LOGIBASE Toyota," a logistics facility currently under development in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, on October 16th and 17th.
The facility is scheduled for completion in June 2026, with a total floor area of 18,426.42 m2 (5573.99 tsubo).
Located in the Mikawa area, where many automotive-related companies have production plants, and with accessibility of approximately 0.2 km from the Nishi-Hirose Interchange on the Sanage Green Road and approximately 4.2 km from the Toyota-Fujioka Interchange on the Tokai-Kanjo Expressway, it is within a 40-minute radius not only of the Mikawa area but also of central Nagoya.
The warehouse is low-floor and has a floor load capacity of 2.0 t/m2 on the first floor, making it suitable for storing heavy items and capable of handling 10-ton trucks and 40-foot containers. It is equipped with two cargo elevators and four vertical conveyors, and also has sufficient capacity in the cubicle for air conditioning for warehouse operations.
