Colliers International Japan will hold an open house for tenants and shippers at its logistics facility, "Inzai City Takahana Logistics Center," in Chiba Prefecture, on October 15th and 16th.

The facility is located close to National Routes 16 and 464 (Kita-Chiba Road), making it highly convenient as a base for regional deliveries centered on Chiba Prefecture and wide-area deliveries throughout the Tokyo metropolitan area.
Because it is located in Chiba New Town, there are many houses in the surrounding area, and it is expected that employment opportunities will be secured.
The facility includes a 5.5m effective height under the beams, a floor load capacity of 1.5t/m2, two cargo elevators, two vertical conveyors, two dock levelers, a raised berth (capacity for 10 vehicles), parking for 25 regular cars (with approximately 20 more spaces expected to become available nearby), and a truck waiting area for 5 vehicles. It is also possible to obtain a license for commercial warehouse use.
In addition to renting the entire building, it is also possible to rent out smaller plots of land starting from approximately 2200 tsubo (approximately 7,200 square meters).
