ecoProperties will hold a post-completion open house on October 23rd and 24th at "Ascot Prime Logistics Ogori," a logistics facility in Ogori City, Fukuoka Prefecture, for which they are contracted to provide asset management services.

Located approximately 1.0 km from the Chikugo-Ogori Interchange on the Kyushu Expressway, this facility boasts excellent access to the Tosu Junction, Fukuoka Airport, and Hakata Port, making it a logistics hub capable of covering the entire Kyushu region. It is within walking distance of the nearest train station and adjacent to Kurume City, which has a population of approximately 30, offering convenient commuting options and ensuring a stable workforce.
Furthermore, the location is advantageous from a BCP (Business Continuity Plan) perspective, as it is in an area with a low risk of flooding and landslides according to Ogori City's hazard map.
The warehouse has a leasable floor area of 20,876 m2 (approximately 6314 tsubo) and is equipped with two cargo elevators and three vertical conveyors, providing comprehensive facilities for smooth cargo transport between multiple floors.
The facility features elevated, L-shaped truck berths and wide roadways, enabling efficient loading and unloading of goods and smooth entry and turning of large trucks. It also includes waiting space for 13 large trucks, parking for 47 regular cars, and 43 loading/unloading berths, providing ample processing capacity and a suitable vehicle operation environment.
Furthermore, with a floor load capacity of 1.5 t/m2 and an effective height of 5.5 m or more below the beams, it can accommodate the storage of heavy and large cargo.
In addition, by providing a driver's rest room that can be accessed directly from the outside, it will contribute to improving the working environment for workers engaged in long-distance transportation.
