On October 2nd, Logizard released a case study of its cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS), "Logizard ZERO," being implemented at Toranoana.

Toranoana is a company that operates "Toranoana Online Store," an online shop selling doujinshi (self-published comics), light novels, and anime-related works. They have built their logistics system in-house and have been using Logizard ZERO since 2018.
The company launched its mail-order business around the same time it was incorporated in 1996, and in 2008, it established a pre-order system, which was still rare in the e-commerce industry at the time. Even when the company had physical stores, mail-order sales accounted for nearly 50% of its total sales, demonstrating its immense success.
Amidst this situation, in 2016, the total transaction value exceeded 200 billion yen, forcing them to revamp their e-commerce system to one that could scalably match their business growth. Frequent discrepancies between theoretical and actual inventory, as well as the fact that delivery slips were still paper-based, hindered efficiency, which also presented challenges to the implementation.
The introduction of Logizard ZERO enabled location management, improving inventory control, stabilizing fluctuating shipment volumes, and optimizing staffing. Furthermore, the promotion of a paperless environment has led to reduced printing time and significant cost savings.
