Prologis will hold an open house for its facility, "Prologis Park Zama 1," in Zama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, on October 22nd and 23rd.

Prologis Park Zama 1 is a large-scale multi-tenant logistics facility located inland in Kanagawa Prefecture.
Located in a logistically advantageous location near the Tomei Expressway's Yokohama-Machida Interchange and the Ken-O Expressway's Ken-O Atsugi Interchange, it offers convenient access for wide-area distribution not only within the Tokyo metropolitan area but also nationwide.
Furthermore, the facility incorporates seismic isolation devices, emergency generators, and well water purification systems to support the business continuity of tenant companies and contribute to the local community. It has also concluded disaster prevention agreements with Kanagawa Prefecture and Zama City in Kanagawa Prefecture.
On the day of the viewing, Ichigo Real Estate Information Service will host a logistics real estate market seminar. The seminar will provide the latest market information, taking into account the future state of the logistics real estate rental market.
Additionally, a workshop by Timee will be held concurrently. The workshop will introduce employment case studies and specific ways to utilize Timee.
