Kakuyasu, a subsidiary of Hitomairu (formerly known as Kakuyasu Group) that operates a sales and delivery business for alcoholic beverages and other products mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area, announced on October 6th that it has signed a business outsourcing agreement with ES Kitchen regarding delivery services and has officially started "delivery of other companies' goods" in some parts of Tokyo, utilizing its own delivery network.

In May 2025, the Hitomairu Group announced its medium-term management plan, which includes business restructuring through the construction of an order, sales, and billing platform as its core strategy.
Specifically, this involves promoting "strengthening profitability through the delivery of goods belonging to others," which means not only selling its own products but also handling the delivery of goods from partner companies.
The company aims to transform into a platform company by utilizing its existing logistics infrastructure. In this initiative, Kakuyasu will be responsible for the "ES Delivery Service" of ES Kitchen's "100 Yen Company Cafeteria Service."

The "100 Yen Company Cafeteria Service" is a new form of employee cafeteria that is being introduced to offices and factories, stocking a dedicated refrigerated display case with prepared dishes available for purchase from 100 yen each. Kakuyasu receives the products shipped from the ES Kitchen manufacturing plant at the courier service's branch office and also handles delivery to installation sites, replenishment, and maintenance.
The Hitomairu Group manages its inventory centrally at a large warehouse in Heiwajima, Ota-ku, Tokyo, which it positions as its mother center, and provides a service of "same-day delivery, as fast as one hour" to the 23 wards of Tokyo and other areas. From August 2025, they will start a paid delivery service (delivery of other people's goods) to deliver other companies' packages. In addition to delivery, they are also developing a scheme to comprehensively handle everything from order placement, payment, billing, and credit management.
