On October 1st, Kirin Group Logistics (KGL) held an orientation ceremony, informal gathering, and factory/logistics warehouse tour at the Kirin Beer Yokohama Plant for prospective employees who are scheduled to join the company in April of next year.
At the job offer ceremony, President Shinya Kobayashi conveyed the company's management philosophy, vision, desired future state, and values to the prospective employees, and delivered a message saying, "Don't be passive; take initiative and act proactively in response to change; discern the essence of each project, including its purpose and background; and value communicating with numbers rather than vague nuances."
Following the job offer ceremony, an "executive roundtable discussion" and a "factory and logistics warehouse tour" were held, providing a valuable day for the prospective employees to communicate with management and other prospective employees, raising their awareness and motivation for next spring.
KGL will continue to provide customers with "safety," "security," "trust," and "high-quality service" based on the "Kirin quality" cultivated within the Kirin Group, and will also work towards achieving sustainable logistics by participating in the "White Logistics" promotion campaign promoted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
