Nomura Real Estate will hold an open house for logistics companies, shippers, and brokerage firms at its multi-tenant logistics facility "Landport Takatsuki" in Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture, on October 16th and 17th.
Landport Takatsuki was completed in 2017. Located approximately 9.1 km from the Takatsuki Interchange on the Shin-Meishin Expressway and approximately 9.3 km from the Ibaraki Interchange on the Meishin Expressway, it is said to be a location that allows for multi-purpose cargo handling, including "distribution between the Tokyo metropolitan area and the Kansai region," "wide-area distribution within the Kansai region," and "distribution center for surrounding consumer areas."
The facility is a five-story building with rampways allowing vehicles to access each floor. It also features a seismic isolation structure and emergency generators, demonstrating consideration for business continuity planning (BCP).
Nomura Real Estate stated, "The approximately 4000 tsubo (approx. 13,200 sq m) on the second floor is now available for rent again, and will be available for occupancy from March 2026. The available space can also be divided into two sections, allowing for space proposals of approximately 2000 tsubo or 4000 tsubo, depending on the tenant's needs."
